The next morning we set out for Fort Bragg. Along the way we made the detour out to Point Reyes National Seashore and the Point Reyes Lighthouse. The trek down to, and back up from, the lighthouse was an exercise in and of itself. We had a good time watching the ocean and even spotted a couple whales gently breaching and catching a gulp of air.
