Throughout high school Spring Break was celebrated, at least partially, with a camping trip. I felt that this year would be a good time to start the tradition with Lexi. I’d taken her camping in the past, but this was going to be a huge undertaking. The plan was to do a whirlwind tour of the California coast. The goal to go from south to north, and experience as much as possible.
These are from day 0/1. We started in Vegas and went to my in-law’s house for our first night. Then the next day we continued on to Cuyamaca Rancho State Park and specifically the Green Valley Area campground. Once we arrived we made quick work of setting up camp and then went on a small hike around the park.
